Alberta Marriage Commissioner - St. Albert 

I am an Alberta Marriage Commissioner/officiant (since 2015) based in St. Albert, authorized to perform civil marriages (non-religious) in the Province of Alberta.  

My goal is to help you have a meaningful wedding ceremony, one that meets all the legal requirements of the Province while meeting your needs. I have officiated at over 650 weddings, some around the kitchen table and others in huge venues.  Your choice!  

I am a former Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and have extensive public speaking experience as a media spokesperson, mentor, trainer, organizer; working with people of different ethnicity, religions and sexual orientations. 

Commissioner for Oaths:  since October 2025.  

Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC) alumna since 2013. 

Life long learner: the Indigenous Studies course offered by U of A , “Metis 101”, beginner Ukrainian, Harvard medical’s personal interest courses and Edmonton Lifelong Learners Association courses.  

Most of all, I am thankful for my weekly “famjam” connection with the family.  Back in 2015 as a family, we decided that “Marry Us” would be a great handle.
